Not So Plain Jane

This baby blanket was a gift for the new baby of a friend. The baby's name, of course, is Jane. I wanted to try this center-out blanket design. It was fun and not too monotonous. The biggest advantage was the ability to control the ending point based on the amount of yarn. I think the edging came out nicely and I liked working with this yarn, Dark Horse Yarns Acrylic.

I have had reports that the blanket is already a favorite. What more can you ask for?
